“Why didn’t you answer my email?”
About a month ago my husband started coming home and saying this on a regular basis. He’d send me two or three emails a day that I didn’t get. I called Comcast and they saw nothing wrong on their end, so I assumed it had something to do with Husband’s at-work provider.
Then other people started saying the same thing.
Also, my inbox went from about 50 emails a day to about 6. Some of this I attributed to people steering clear of me during my post-euthanasia meltdown/freakout.
But now there can be no denying–there is something wrong with my email. I have no idea how to fix it if Comcast doesn’t see a problem on their end. I think I might just switch to gmail.
Aha! Was wondering why you never responded to me… although there may be other reasons 😉
Your better off with gmail anyways. That way, if you ever switch ISPs, you don’t have to update your email with all your friends/family.
make that “You’re”
I have the same problem with Comcast. I’ve been slowly switching everything over to Gmail, but it pisses me off that I have to.
You need to bring this up with Frank Eliason.

I heart gmail. The only thing is that targeting ads based on what I write adsense nonsense.
Still, it’s the BEST web-based e-mail out there, imho.

I find the ads based on e-mail subject matter to be quite humorous at times. Mostly, I ignore them but from time to time one will catch my eye and usually it’s good enough to make me laugh.
The AdBlockPlus extension for Firefox blocks Google’s ads, even in Gmail.
I sent you an email a week or so ago but it’s OK if you got it and just didn’t answer it ‘cos I know I’ve been a crappy correspondent & falling down on my promises to do stuff lately.
I totally heart my Gmail. It’s got so many cool features – like a fabulous search which is great ‘cos I’m always losing stuff – and I love the fact that in one of my Gmail boxes (I have many) I’ve got like 40 billion pic and graphic files and still only using about 4% of my allowed space.
