Can we talk for just a minute about how MUCH I love this program? I am not kidding when I say that this show was made specifically for me. I mean, it’s obvious isn’t it? How can anything on television which includes cheese, pie, knitting, wry humour and an anthropomorphic dog NOT be made with me in mind?
Please watch it. Especially after a bad day. You’ll be glad you did.
I’ve missed it thus far, but have heard good things about it. Is it one that you can just jump into, or do I need to figure out how to watch the first episodes?
You can definitely jump into it, because they do a lot of exposition in a cute and clever way.
But I’m pretty sure that once you jump into it, you’ll want to seek out the episodes you’ve missed (currently available for free at ABC.com) because they’re that cute.
Oh, and no–I’m not paid for this post. I just love this show that much.
We are so alike. I told chad it’s kind of like Ugly Betty meets Dead Like Me. Tonight’s Grease homage had me cracking up because it’s just like real life to have your fantasy interrupted by pie customers and the floor waxing guy.
I didn’t think I would like it AT ALL, but I am seriously satisfied with it. It is absolutely my favorite new show. You might say that I’m hopelessly devoted to it.
BTW did you notice the villain was that professor guy from Veronica Mars?
I love this show. It’s so wonderful I just can’t stand it.
With you on this, I just adore it.
hehe. We DVRed it and watched an episdoe last night. I liked it (though I wouldn’t say I loved it) but TheBoyfriend™ couldn’t stand it.
“Oh, and no–I’m not paid for this post…”
Give it time, Kat. Give it time.
I haven’t seen it yet, but I’m going to try to check it out this weekend. It looks like it would be absolutely beautiful in HD.
Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes! YES!
Others in the house look at me and say, “Wha … ? Dead and then … no touch- … wha?” And then they trot off to watch Howie Mandel scream and try to avoid shaking hands with people. (I love my fambly, but on occasion they are frustrating.)
So the cat and I curl up on the big snuggly bed and watch it all by ourselves quite happily, both of us purring.
I just want to squeeze Ned and Chuck every time I see them (she has the cutest clothes!), and I *love* Emerson. Can I say that?
“The fun part is counting my money in the bubble bath.”
Heh.
Yup, totally hooked — I want to see some FF posted at http://www.pushingdaisiesfan.com too — check it out 🙂
