I don’t make it much of a secret that I like Bill Maher. I don’t agree with everything he says, but I’m not sure that he does, either. Because his point is to make people laugh and think at the same time. At least, unlike people such as Rush Limbaugh and Glenn Beck that he does use his stage for comedy, not for people to necessarily think he’s funny. Some of those other nitwits spew all sorts of garbage and aren’t even intentionally funny. And people take them seriously.

And you have to admit he’s funnier than Dane Cook.
