Yesterday I resigned my volunteer post at Nashville Is Talking. There are a half dozen reasons why, and despite popular opinion, money is the least of those reasons.
The rest of the story is here.
This blog here, this JAPF thing is my thing. I’m happy here. And I’m going to be writing here a lot more often, just like I used to. Man, I need for LOST to come back on the air. I can’t be snarky about Traveler, because that’s too easy. And the other three people who watch that show don’t read this blog.
Okay, where did THAT come from? It’s completely off-topic and has nothing to do with the Future of NiT. Well, like I said I wrote about all that already, and so now I’m just going to let this blog be about my voice again. After all, that’s why we blog in the first place. Isn’t it?

Welcome back, Kat.
Hey I watch Traveler. Snark away! (It could use some.)
Hey Kat. I don’t know if you guys have made any decision regarding TN Blog Watch, but I’ve made a post on my site explaining things as I understand them at this point and encouraging folks to give it a try. Hope it works out.
I have just eaten lunch (picked at it, really — don’t care for the huge Bolivian almuerzo completo, and my stomach isn’t quite back to normal anyway) and there was a TV on in the little cafe. At one point, they had a promo for tonight’s exciting lineup on Bolivian TV: “Lost,” “Prison Break” and — so help me — “Me Llamo es Earl.” Why the first two titles, but not the third, were displayed on screen in English is a question someone else will have to answer.
I know how important NiT was for all you Nashville residents, but I for one will be glad to see you spending more time back here.
Hey Kat.
I’m looking forward to your “snarking” on anything! *singing Welcome Back, Kotter* Welcome back, welcome back, welcome back!
BTW, what does “snark” me IRT computers? I thought it was an imaginary animal?
I love you here. I liked you there. You will be mondo cool at the additional, new digs.
