Am I the only person who feels like we Ron Paul supporters are tolerated as a novelty that will be disregarded as soon as Fred Thompson gets in the race?

You could get together with the Kucinich supporters. They’ve been at this a long time and probably have some advice on how to cope.

Ah, screw ‘em. Each person who ‘tolerates’ a Ron Paul supporter has the same number of votes as a Ron Paul supporter, one. I knew a whole bunch of people that were excited about FT, about two months ago. Now they’ve read endless articles about how big of a lobbyist and CFR globalist he is and that he hasn’t really done anything to warrant presidential credibility, they’ve decided to pursue other options.

Tolerated in some libertarian circles perhaps, not in others.

I love what nm said,. Agree.

Ron Paul is wonderful. If I were a conservative, I’d be supporting him.

As Bret wrote, Fred is Bush lite. Even Mrs. Cheney is on board with Fred.

Sharon’s point is why Ron Paul supporters are granted the same level of acceptance as post-scream Howard Dean. Not that Paul’s a bad candidate… he’s just not mainstream.

And what is this comment about Scott Thompson, a talented Canadian gay comic, all about? Again, strange jabs against homo-oriented entertainers. You should be ashamed of yourself.
